Please download and complete the forms below to participate in our programs. Your information is completely secure and will be kept private.

• Application Form. Download and fill out the Interactive Application form. Once complete, email or print. By filling out the interactive form, you are agreeing to sign the forms in person within one week of enrollment.
  
  
• Release Forms. Please print these forms, review and carry completed documents with you on your first day of the program.

VOICE CLASSES

Our on going voice class for adults takes place every Thursday morning from 10:30-11:30.

Students work on all aspects of vocal technique and presentation including
breathing and posture.

We do various vocalizations and exercises and sing music of varied styles in
harmony. We start music and rehearse for planned performances.

All levels are welcome! Everyone can sing! Here's the perfect opportunity
to learn to sing in a relaxed setting. Do something good for yourself and
have some fun at the same time!
